Thats the cap of the EVAP purge control valve if you ask me. I've got a B16A2; in my case the valve is located on the back of the manifold. It's black and has two thin hoses connecting it to the manifold and the charcoal cannister, also an electrical connector.
Guess what: I broke mine off too, exact same place! I took a small diameter stainless steel pipe and some rubber cement to re-connect the two parts, as the valve is quite pricey. Be careful: the cap contains a filter, so don't get glue in the vents. Also don't block the main channel through the "neck" of the valve.
good luck,
Mark.

Thanks for identifying it.....now all I need to do is figure out where it is located now because I put my jrsc on my gsr about 2 years ago...and now I don't remember where half the stuff goes...if anyone knows were the EVAP is located near...please let me know.

Ok...I just checked the EVAP and it looks fine....I am starting to think its the intake air bypass solenoid which is zipped tied to the wiring harness between the supercharger and the intake manifold. There is no way for me to see if its definitely the problem. But if it is....do you think its okay to run the car with the IAB solenoid broken? and is it the culprit for my bad gas milage? because I only get 20 mpg lately before I usually get 27 mpg.

It is most likely from the IAB solenoid... and I do not believe it will cause a problem as long as you have not gotten a "Check Engine" light because of it. Remember, the JRSC instructions suggest you "zip tie" this device to the main harness bundle and leave it plugged in... however, NO vaccuum lines are connected to it, so it cannot interfere with the engine's operation.
I suspect your fuel economy issues are caused by some other change in your engine.

Your right on the IAB...I remember zip tieing it to the wire harness...but what do you think could cause my bad fuel economy? it just happened like a month ago....and I do not have any check engine light...I don't know if its because the Hondata.
